Dear Sir

Your note of 15th inst is received. The annual charge for care of your lot that is cutting the grass weeding etc. but no repair to the sod is $7.

For top dressing with manure $4.

Additional charge would have to be made for any repairs to sodding or stone fence and for cleaning the fence or monument.

The cover will be put on as requested.
