Enclosed please find the new contracts for exchange subscription at the office of the Corporation 16 Pemberton Sq. (Boston) which I return unsigned, as it has been decided not to retain the telephone service co then at the advanced rate, after the expiration of the present contract Aug 1^st [18]82.

Please accept this as notice to remove the instruments and send any bill for services the present quarter either to me or to the Treas^r 16 Pemberton Sq Boston.
