vacant between Swan & Eagle, Eagle Pearl & Crystal, the circle and the Coolidge lot on Swan Avenue, but will not as heretofore take any care of the paths or avenues beyond edging them.

The front borders of all neglected lots on avenues and paths are to be cut as often as necessary by the section men. Lawn mowers as well as sickles will hereafter be left for [?] pairs at the Engine house - Men will wait for repairs, but will leave their mower & exchange for another.

Particular attention is called to the printed notice on the section hand carts.

The rubbish made by the Jobbers must be more promptly cleaned than in past season.

No changes to be made on any ticket for plants or other work or other work except at the office - nor is any work to be done by the Gardener or his men until the ticket for the same has been given out from the office, except that in cases which do not admit of delay, the Gardener may communicate with the Supt's office by the telephone and make arrangements for doing the work at once.
