Dear Sir,

I notice that your lot and fence are in rather poor condition and think you would like to be notified. The lot needs returfing, the cost will be $52. The fence needs repairing and painting, the cost of that will be $9.

I would advise you to remove this fence. 4 of the posts could be cut over and left to mark the boundaries and the number of lot cut on one of them, this with the resodding of lot could be done for the old material of fence and $45.
