Dear Sir
In regard to your inquiries as to headstones in the Pearl lot. The headstones are not out of plumb they only seem so because of the grade of the lot. The matter of the curbing on opposite side of the path has been brought to the attention of the Trustees.
Very respectfully James W Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt
Dear Madam
The grass on your lot appears to be in very fair condition and I think the "lumps & rough places" mentioned must have disappeared almost entirely. The few inequalities now on the lot might be removed next September, by seeding the lot and filling these depressions with loan, which would not be an expensive matter.
I find that the diagram of interments has already been placed on the register. You will receive the perpetual care estimate soon.
Yrs very truly J.W. Lovering Supt
