In answer to your favor of the 9^th, I will say that as the circumstances seem somewhat exceptional, I will try to arrange the payment to meet your views tho' it is usually made according to the terms of the certificate sent you.

As to the size of the lot, I do not remember that any definite size was agreed on. I should have to ask you more for a larger lot and as it is only wanted for one burial, would it make any difference? I do not see that much more land could be sold at all, as an addition to this lot, & certainly there would seem to be no chance of selling any to any one else.
