I Do herby Certify that Danl Mcpherson Sheff of Cocke County hathe [sic] performd the Duties Required of him by Law in holding the Election for an Elector for president and vice president of the United States and in Returning the Votes for said Elector In his County and he is allowd the sum of Six Dollars and fifty seven Cents for attending the same three Days and for traveling thirty four Miles Given under my hand and seal this 5th day of Novem 1804
