STATE of NORTH CAROLINA By his Excellency, Benjamin Williams, OUR GOVERNOR, CAPTAIN GENERAL, AND COMMANDER IN CHIEF IN AND OVER THE STATE AFORESAID.

To all to whom these presents shall come, Know Ye, tThat The Name "Will. White" subscriber to the copy of hte Reslution hereunto annexed in the proper hand writing of William White Esquire, who was at the time of signign the same, and now is the Secretary for the aforesaid State.

Therefore all due Faith, Credit, and Authority, is and ought to be had and given to his Proceedings and Certificates as such.

In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto let my Hand, and cuased to be affixed the Great Seal of the State, in the city of Raleigh, this first Day of January in the Year of our Lord one Thousand eight Hundred and five and in the XXVIth Year of the Independence of the United States of America.
