ed on the brawn of the left thumb with the letters H T that he stand in the pillory two hours on the 7th day of January next and two hours on the succeeding day - also that the said Tyree D Green be imprisoned six months from this day - and it is ordered by the Court - And it is ordered by the Court that the Sheriff of Davidson County put this judgment as to the whipping and branding in execution, that is the whipping on the 5th day of January next and the branding on the 8th day of January next - and the said Tyree D Green is remandid to jail. State of Tennessee I Jacob MGavock Clerk of Davidson Circuit Court in the State aforesaid. do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true transcript of the record of the suit The State against Tyree D Green
