Smith and Councilmen Thomas Clancy, John Collins, M. Densmore, Wm. A. Jennings, John Keenan, and Charles McDonald Thereupon the Council proceeds to the Equalization of said general assessment Roll for 1882, and the hearing of all complaints touching the same until adjournment.
