Noc 21st 1889 To His Honor the Mayor and the members of the City Council, We the undersigned property holders and residents of the City of Seattle do most respectfully petition your honorable body to cause to be built a good substantial sidewalk on the north side of Bell St between Front and West Streets opposite Block 28 Bell and Denny's.
