Please send me a report on the condition &c of lot 2820 Lawn Av^e (Mrs Deborah C. Powers) and an estimate of the cost of perpetual repair.—

Please explain your note in answer to 7^th question about the Parker lots 1250, 1315 & 1333 which is "3 pr steps into lots & 3 pr steps in the banks, without buttresses".—

Do you mean that those steps exist there & will make it practicable to require more than $1000, or that such steps should be erected before entereing upon the contract?.

Mrs Powers wishes immediately to pay the sum for hers.

How about the key to W.W. Stone's tomb, & bill?

The Committee on Lots have instructed me to notify you that the Corporation will contract for the perpetual repair of your lot on Laurel Avenue, No 3348, for four hundred and twenty five dollars.— This is the sum suggested by the Superintendent.

If this is satisfactory to you, I will prepare the necessary papers.—
