Proprietors admitted with Vehicles

At a meeting of the Garden & Cemetery Committee, held , present, Judge Story, Gen: Dearborn, Mr Cook and George Bond— it was voted— that the Proprietors of Lots in the Cemetery be admitted into the grounds with their vehicles, and that Tickets entitling them & their families to admission be sent to them— which tickets shall not be trans-- ferable,— and shall be available for the present year

Posts to be set up.

Voted that Gen Dearborn be a Committee to cause posts to be set up on the East side of Chestnut Avenue, near the receiving tomb, for fastening horses

Horses to be fastened-

Voted that no persons be permitted to fasten horses to the trees or elsewhere within the grounds than to the posts above mentioned—

Rate of drive

Voted that no vehicle be driven within the grounds at a rate faster than a walk—

Rules to be subjd to Tickets

Voted that these regulations, which are indispensable to the quiet and good order of the grounds as a place of burial, be subjoined to the Tickets of admission, and that by a violation of them, the privilege of admission with vehicles shall be forfeited—

Brazee & Stone's bills

Voted that the Treasurer complete the payment of Brazee and Stone's bills for work on the Gate and Cottage

Path round Forest Pond

Voted that Gen. Dearborn be a committee to finish the path round Forest Pond

New Lots to be laid out.

Voted that Gen. Dearborn be a Committee to lay out fifty lots for sale—
