Nathl Francis Esq

Dear Sir,

I am directed by the Committee on Lots to inform you that this Corporation will guarantee the perpetual care of your lot no 333 in the Cemetery situated upon Indian Ridge Path, on payment to the Treasurer of three hundred and seventy five dollars. ($375.)

Whenever, you may so signify, I will prepare the necessary papers.

Capt. D.L. Winsor

Dear Sir,

The subject of selecting a candidate for a Gatekeeper was today referred to a Committee consisting of Messrs Rand & Norcross -- and they were authorized to employ temporarily a suitable person. They have a meeting on Wednesday morning to consider the various applications -- at 9 1/2 o'clock at my office, where they expect some of the applicants to appear in person: & they have asked me to invite you to be present.

Meanwhile, they wish you to place any suitable man of your force at the Gate.

Respectfully yours

A.J. Coolidge
