Pursuant to notice issued by the Secretary, the Trustees of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn met at the office of the Secretary on .

Present Messrs Bond, Gould, Parker, C.P. Curtis & B. R. Curtis

Mr Armstrong sent in his resignation as Trustee which was accepted.

Voted That the report of the Treasurer be accepted & that the Secretary record the same & lay it before the Proprietors at their next meeting

Voted To adjourn A true record attest B. R. Curtis Secretary

The Treasurer reports the following Synopsis of Receipts & Payments for the ninth year ending to wit;
