Her oldest brother Jack – came up from Hamilton to spend his vacation with her & her husband and was driving her & her little boy about through those Exposition grounds = they [started?] to cross the track & the high wall shut off the view of a train coming, which crashed into them and killed all three [underlined] of them instantly [underlined].

It was horribly sad – was it not? They were all young & she so handsome & attractive & her brother a fine fellow of about 30 I suppose or less – & her little boy five – the only child. So I have reason to remember St. Thomas - (you called it Thomasville] – but your letter was postmarked St. Thomas so it must have
