Lot 959 Representative of

Voted. That Joseph Torrey one of the heirs or devises of Mrs Deborah Torrey be designated to represent the lot owned by her at her decease, during the pleasure of the Trustees as soon as written consent of the other heirs or devisees of said Mrs D. Torrey interested in said lot shall be filed with the Secretary.

Voted. To Adjourn. A true record. Attest Henry M. Parker Secretary.

Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Suffolk ss.. Then persoally appeared Henry M. Parker and made oath that he would faithfully perform the duties of the Secretary of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn. Before me Manlius S. Clarke Justice of the Peace.

Trustees.

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner by the Secretary a meeting of the Trustees was holden at the office of C. P. Curtis Esqr on . Present - Joseph Story, Isaac Parker Benj A. Gould, C. P. Curtis and Jacob Bigelow

In the absence of the Secretary Geo. Wm Bond was chosen Secretary pro tem.

Chapel windows.

Dr. Bigelow presented and read two letters from Scotland respecting stained glass windows for the Chapel. Also he exhibited designs for the same. Whereupon it was.

Voted. That Dr. Bigelow be authorized to send to Scotland orders for stained glass windows for the Chapel according
