Boston Alexr Wadsworth Esq

Dear Sir, The following action was had at the meeting of the Trustees of Mt. Auburn, today, upon your request.-

"Upon information by the surveyor, Mr. Wadsworth, that lot numbered 537 on Olive Path had been sold as lot 3013, and 2139 on Hibiscus Path had been sold as lot 3054, and that lot 2933 had been removed from [Harebell?] Path to Spruce Avenue, and as deeds had been made accordingly.

Voted that Mr Wadsworth be authorized to make the above named corrections upon the plans."

Gentlemen, at the adjourned meeting of the Trustees of this cemetery of Mount Auburn held this day, the Treasurer stated that the care of the repair fund had become somewhat onerous without any compensation being allowed him therefor: and he requested the Trustees to consider whether anything should be allowed him for that duty.

Voted - thereforThat this question be referred to the Committee on Finance, to report thereon at the next meeting.

Treasurer authorized to Endorse note for discount.

is a present deficiency in the treasury of the Corporation, and as he expected soon to receive the note of Wm H Spooner Jr. with sufficient security, he asked that he might be authorized to endorse and have the same discounted.

Voted that the Treasurer be authorized to endorse said note for the purpose aforesaid.

Treasr _ increase of compensation _

Your favor of yesterday is received.

In 1873 and 1874 I found by reference to your orders, on lot 2933, prices as follows, viz. Care $5.00 Plants $3.00 In 1875 your order calls for Care $5.00 and $5.00 worth of plants.

I will care for lot @$5.00; and furnish any amt. of plants you may order.

You are hereby directed to deliver no material ,of, any kind, to any parties, from the shed, or stone meadow without a written order from this office.

The object of this is to prohibit the furnishing of any material from our stock for the benefit of anyone but the Corp.n.

I have an order from you to build a brick grave in your lot #4470. Also a continued order to set out plants. The work has not been done because as stated on bills and notices sent by the Treasurer. The Trustees have by vote directed me to do no work on lots where there are unpaid bills.

Dear Sir,

I do not feel authorized to change the numbers of lots after they are put onto the places, without authority from the Trustees. No. 537 wants to be changed to 3013 -- & No. 2139 -- wants to be changed to 3054 -- Also lot No. 2933 has been moved from Harebell Path, to Spruce Avenue.
