33 School St Boston,

John Burroughs Esq. Germantown, Pa.

Dear Sir,

Yours of 16th came to hand Saturday. As you are residuary legatee of Wm Burroughs, his lot in Mount Auburn, will thereby pass to you, a record of which devise should be made on our Special Transfer Record.

As I find a copy of the will filed in the Probate office in this county, I have all the materials necessary for such record. If you wish me to record it, and certify to your title, please send me the deed of the lot, and I will return the same property authenticated. The regular fee therefor is $1.

Very resp.y yours A.J. Coolidge Sec.y Mt Auburn

33 School St. Boston Eugene A. Fisher Esq

Dear Sir,

I was not before aware that you were the sole heir at law of Willard N. Fisher, which being the case, the designation of yourself as representative of lot 892 in Mount Auburn becomes unnecessary. But another course is indicated in our by-laws, which is for you to file with the Corporation an affidavit that you are the sole heir at law of the late propr that your title may appear on our records and in the catalogue.

I shall be prepared to receive such affidavit at any time you may call on me. The regular fee therefor is $1.

Respectfully yours A.J. Coolidge Sec.y
