Perpetual Repair of Lots in LAWRENCE Enclosure.

The Secretary read a communication from Amos Lawrence and brothers asking how much they must pay to have the Lawrence Enclosure kept in perfect repair through all time, and thereupon, after a general discussion of the subject, Voted. That the Secretary be instructed to inform the Messrs Lawrence that this Corporation will assume the care of their enclosure as a charge in perpetuity, according to the form adopted by the Trustees July 15. A.D. 1843. for the sum of two thousand dollars.
