It will be seen by the accompanying Trial Balance (p.189) that the corporation had on hand & invested on the $44.897.08 besides which they have in charge invested for fund for repairs 1500, for Story Statue fund 4500 of the above funds belonging to the Corporation there will be required to pay for improvments in progress & nearly completed about $14000, which will leave your investment about $30,000. All of which is respectfully submitted. Geo. Wm Bond. Treasurer.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on

There were present Messrs Austin, Bigelow, Cheever, Crocker, Little, Livermore, Norcross, Rand and Read. _

The records of the last meeting were read. _

Sec.y. under direction of Comee to notify Granite R. Co to remove the stones of the façade _

Upon motion by Mr Rand,

Voted that the Secretary be instructed, under the direction of the Committee appointed at the last meeting in relation to the removal of the façade of the Catacombs, to notify Thomas Hollis, President of the Granite Railway Company, to remove the stones of the façade, the same not being conformable to the contract. _

[Increase in price of lots _]

Dr. Bigelow suggested that the universal increase of prices including the cost of labor and materials appeared to him to require an increase of the price of land. _
