Lot 123. Representative of.

Voted. That in accordance with the application of the heirs of the late Isaac McLellan, proprietor of lot no 123. in the Cemetery, William H. McLellan the oldest representative of the family residing in this city, be designated for the time being to represent said lot, and vote at the meetings of the Corporation, receiving a ticket of admission in that capacity, until the further action of this board.

Voted. That in accordance with the application of the heirs of the late L.B. Doane, proprietor of lot no. 306 in the Cemetery, George Doane the oldest son resident in this vicinity be designated for the time being to represent said lot and vote at the meetings of this corporation receiving a ticket of admission in that capacity, until the further action of this board.

Adjourned. A true record - Attest. Henry M. Parker. Secretary.

Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Suffolk ss. Then personally appeared Henry M. Parker, and made oath that he would faithfully perform the duties of Secretary of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn. -- Before me -- C.P. Curtis Justice of the Peace.
