Question of use of Internal Reve Stamps by the Corpn refd to Finance Comee

Upon the suggestion of the Treasurer, in a written communication it was

Voted that the subject of the rights and duties of the Corporation under the recent act of Congress requiring stamps to be affixed to contracts, certificates &c, be referred to the Committee on Finance with full power. _

Shedd & Edson's Sectional Survey to be the Authorized Plans of the Corpn _

Upon motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that, in all future deeds of lots or additions thereto, the Sectional plans of Mount Auburn drawn by Shedd & Edson shall be referred to as the authorized map of the Cemetery; and that all additions and changes upon the same be made by the said Shedd & Edson on such terms as shall be satisfactory to the Committee on Lots.

Clover Path _

Dr Bigelow, for the Committee on Grounds, reported that a path leading from Maple Avenue to Acorn Path had been named Clover Path. _ and the report was accepted.
