Miss Adeline B. Harmon, New York.

Dear Madam:-

Your note is received. By our records there are eight interments in lot #2318, and probably four more could be made but as the locations of the graves are not given, this cannot be relied on to any certainty, without digging.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Mrs. M.A. Robbins,

Dear Madam,

In reply to yours of , enquiring for a lot in vicinity of Gladiolus Path, I would say, there are no vacant lots on Gladiolus Path, they are all sold, and everything in the adjoining spaces.

But we have some lots in sight from your lot on North Elm Avenue. The nearest lot contain 256 sq. ft., will accommodate 9 graves and cost something less than $400.00

If you wish a lot of the size of yours (79 sq. ft) you will be obliged to go to some other part of the Grounds.

Respectfully Yours J.W. Lovering Supt Per E.T.K.

Dear Sir,

On examination of the Reports of the Superintendent since February 1869, I find the following Lots & additions to Lots represented as paid for, no deeds of which appear to have been made. Will you please advise me whether there is anything in the condition of these Lots which, by the rules of the corporation, or by custom, would preclude the making and delivery of the deeds to the purchasers forthwith?

Lot 179, (add. to) Lot 265, (add. to) Lot 3125

I understood from you that the Lots on Gladiolus Path are in proper condition to warrant making the deeds. These Lots, as reported, are Nos 4007, 4016, 4020, 4021.

Mr. Sawyer has just left here for you two large scale Plans. I enclose tracing of vicinity of Alice's Fountain by [?] H.
