Trustees. .

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner the regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was holden at the office of C.P. Curtis Esqr on

Present Messrs Bigelow, Crockett, Kuhn, Parker Read Little and Tisdale. The record of the last meeting was ^read and approved

Tower Model & Plans

The President exhibited a model and plans for a tower, which the Committee, appointed at the last meeting, had caused to be prepared, and recommended for adoption. After a particular examination of the plans &c. and full explanation from the committee, accompanied with estimates of the cost in granite:- It was, on motion of Mr Crockett,

Tower, and Committee & build.

Voted. That the Plan and model now presented be adopted by this board. on motion of Mr Read, it was.

Voted. That Messrs Bigelow, Little, and Tisdale be a committee with full powers to go on and erect the tower now adopted, in granite.

Lot. 679. Ticket to Proprietors brother granted

A written application from Mr W.G. Billings was presented, asking that ^inasmuch as James T. Furness proprietor of lot 679, resides in Philadelphia, the privilege of admission in his right might be allowed to his brother George J. Furness, who resides in Boston, and a ticket issued to him

Voted. That this request be granted, and that a ticket be issued accordingly by the Secretary.

Families of Proprietors. Gate Keeper authorized to admit. --- every member of.
