Trustees. .

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner the Trustees met at the office of C. P. Curtis Esqr on the Present Messrs Bigelow, Crockett, Curtis, Gould, Little, Parker and Tisdale

Election of Officers.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved. The meeting at once proceeded to ballot for officers for the ensuing year. The following named gentlemen were severally elected by ballot to the several offices set against their names

President - Jacob Bigelow Secretary - Henry M. Parker Treasurer - Geo. Wm Bond Committee on Lots - J. Bigelow, C.P. Curtis, I. Parker. " [Committee] " [on] Finance - B.A. Gould, C.C. Little - Auditor of Accounts - Mace Tisdale. Adjourned - A true record. Attest. Henry M. Parker Secretary -

Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Suffolk ss. . Then personally appeared Henry M. Parker and made oath that he would faithfully discharge the duties of Secretary of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn -- Before me -- Joel P. Bishop, Justice of the Peace.

Trustees .

Pursuant to notices issued as usual the Trustees met on Present Messrs Bigelow, Parker and Curtis. No quorum. Adjourned. Attest. Henry M. Parker. Secretary.
