New deeds to sundry persons

Voted that new deeds may issue to Messrs Wm and Samuel Phipps of their lots upon Central & Lawn Avenues upon their transferring the deeds of their former lots in front of the Chapel to the Corporation : ~

Also that a new deed may issue to some one for the heirs of Jabez Ellis of their lot upon Asphodel path, upon the Corporation's receiving the transfer of the former lot in front of the Chapel. _

Upon the written petition of the parties severally interested, the following persons were designated as representatives of the Lots hereafter respectively mentioned in connection with their names: _
