They are all awfully nice girls and we get on swell together.

room-mate but this term Marian Baillie, a Tacoma kid, and I are together and we have the best looking room in the house. The walls are just covered with pennants and pictures.

Gee last friday night we all had to go to a darned old concert that we hated, and then

Father's coming for a few days too so guess I'll have a gay time going to the Potter.

I'd like to have seen that thing at the Emmon's myself because, as you know if you were there, Roberta was in it. We are going to have a play the last wednesday, ourselves. Not the whole thing but just a few scenes from "Twelfth Night" I'm going to be Viola.

Went out in Wewe Austin's motor friday. Marian Baillie and I went with Wewe and Tallant Tubbs. Mrs. Conner was going with us but old "Gam" kept her home to help fix things for the Senior dinner that night so in the end she persuaded "Gam" to let us go alone and we did. Went way past Summerland on the way to Los Angeles.

Then after coming back for Mrs. Conner we went to a Spanish restaurant for dinner – not the boys but with the other girls who weren't sick. Then we went to the movies and met some of the fellows there and went to Lowes with them afterwards.
