Dear Sir
I will raise your lot to conform with the grade of lots on each side for $90. which covers expense of new sods.
If we do the work, I will use the old ones as far as they will go if you wish and make as much reduction on sods & labor from the $90.00 as I can.
Yours truly J.W. Lovering Supt
Dear Sir:
Your order for the care of Lots #4183 & #570 is at hand and from the note at the bottom of order I think you did not notice that the order was dated . If you do not wish the order in force for 1874 please countermand it. I presume it is all right now, but thought best to state the case so there might be no misapprehension about it.
Very Respectfully James W Lovering per Childs.
