Dear Sir
Your directions to cut grass on lot 3576 Rosebay was received here this a.m. I have directed the gardener to have the lot cleaned up and grass cut thro' the season, at a cost of $5.00 -- Last year you had care plants & top dressing. I should like to be advised if you want plants this year.
I enclose postal order for signature. You will observe that by signing at bottom of card the order will remain in force each year until countermanded, thus obviating the trouble of ordering each year; this plan is adopted for the convenience of such proprietors as choose to make use of it.
Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs
Ednah P. Littlehale Born Exeter N.H. Died Boston
