I wish I could see all of you again for I certainly had a good time with you. The last I've heard of Joslen was his bringing his girl's father – whose car had broken down – back to town.

Hope you have had better luck in your exams than I did. Please remember me to your family and to the others whom I met, give them my best regards and keep some yourself if they'll do you any good.

I received a letter from Mrs Matheson who is still with Roy. Roy seems to be awaiting orders.
