On motion of Uriel Crocker Esq it was Voted that the report of the Treasurer be accepted.

On motion of Simeon Butterfield Esq. it was Voted that the report of the Superintendent be accepted. _

Committee to receive and count votes for Trustees.

The President declared the next business in order to be the choice of twelve trustees, and appointed

Water - Mr Tisdale added to Com^ee

Voted that Mr Tisdale be added to the Committee appointed at the last meeting to inquire upon what terms a supply of water for the Cemetery can be obtained from the Cambridge Water Works. ~

Com^ee on relations of this Corpⁿ to Mass. Hort. Soc^y authorized to take legal advice _

Upon motion of Mr Curtis, ^^a member of the Committee to consider the relations and obligations of this Corporation to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society, including in the subject of their inquiry the Stone Farm,

Voted that said Committee be authorized to take the opinion of one or two eminent counsel on the respective rights of this Corporation and the Massachusetts Horticultural Society with reference to the Stone Farm. _
