Treasurer's Report accepted _

On motion of Uriel Crocker Esq it was Voted that the report of the Treasurer be accepted.

Superintendent's do [Report accepted] _

On motion of Simeon Butterfield Esq. it was Voted that the report of the Superintendent be accepted. _

Committee to receive and count votes for Trustees.

The President declared the next business in order to be the choice of twelve trustees, and appointed

committee to receive, assort and count the votes for trustees.

The Committee subsequently reported the whole number of votes cast to be seventy (70)

Water - Mr Tisdale added to Comee

Voted that Mr Tisdale be added to the Committee appointed at the last meeting to inquire upon what terms a supply of water for the Cemetery can be obtained from the Cambridge Water Works. ~

Comee on relations of this Corpn to Mass. Hort. Socy authorized to take legal advice _

Upon motion of Mr Curtis, ^a member of the Committee to consider the relations and obligations of this Corporation to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society, including in the subject of their inquiry the Stone Farm,

Voted that said Committee be authorized to take the opinion of one or two eminent counsel on the respective rights of this Corporation and the Massachusetts Horticultural Society with reference to the Stone Farm. _

Represents of Lots appointed _

The Secretary presented the written petition of sundry parties for the appointment of representations of their respective lots: _

And it was ordered that the persons therein severally designated be appointed to represent the lots hereinafter mentioned in connection with their respective names. ~

Lot 78

Simeon Butterfield of Chelsea, only son of late Simeon Butterfield to represent his lot, no. 78. _

Lot 84

Caleb T. Curtis of Boston, nephew of late Nathaniel Curtis, . to represent his lot, no. 84. _
