E.F. Oliver Esq 2 Bond St Boston
Dear Sir:
The myrtle has been covered as you desired in Lot 146 Central Ave. The usual charge for the work, where we do not have the annual care of the Lot, is $1.00.
Should you see fit to favor us with an order for the care of your lot for 1874 we would make no charge of this work, as it is customary to cover the myrtle on all those lots we have charge of free of extra ch'g.
Respectfully yours James W. Lovering Supt. per Childs.
Dear Madam:
Your note of the 26 inst is received.
We presume that you would wish us to keep the grass cut during the season of 1874. If so, please favor us with an order to that effect.
Very Respectfully James W Lovering Supt per Childs
