Edward Austin Esqr

Dear Sir,

The accompanying appli-- cation from Dr Chas. Callis, in behalf of the "Home for Indigent and Incurable Consumption" was presented to the Trustees, and it was Voted

That the memorial be referred to the Committee on Lots to report thereon. --

There are two or three other matters already referred to, or in the hands of, your Committee, upon which, and the matter stated above, Mr Norcross desired me this morning to request you to appoint a meeting of the Committee at this place some morning at 9 o'clock. He says he will attend almost any morning except Monday, if you will notify him a day or two beforehand, to allow of a change in case of previous engagement.

I am Very Respectfully yours

A.J. Coolidge
