Saml Tompson Esq.

Dear Sir

The piece for a lot similar in size & position to lot 3549 would be $800.

We do not make it a habit to sell any lots but our own - but as this lot is in a prominent position, so that it is desirable to have it kept looking well, our trustee might possibly consent to disposing of it. At what price would sell it to us

Respectfully Yrs. James W. Lovering Supt

Messrs Chesman & Gowen

Gents,

We have a large Granite monument to put up on a lot near our Front Gate and should like to have you send out some one competent to see & arrange with us for raising it. Please attend to it soon & oblige

Yrs truly James W. Lovering Supt
