Adopted upon the following vote to wit: In favor of adoption Day, Harris, McDonald, Northrup, Ranke & Wusthoff Against adoption none Claims Paid fire fund R C Smith Care of Hook & Ladder apparatus No 402 $20. Ordered that a Warrant be drawn favor G Kellogg as Chief of Fire Dept in the sum of $20.00 with which to purchase coal Miscellaneous And now the Council proceeds to elect the Chief Engineer of the fire Dept as provided by ordinance No 536; thereupon Wm Campbell is elected to fill said Office for the term provided by law. And now the coucil proceeds to examine & Equalized the assessment Roll for Bell Street Improvement Grade Ordinance No 555; Thereupon after due examination the said Roll being found to be Correct in every particular & no complaints having been made as to any assessnent therein. It is ordered that said assessment Rolls be & is hereby approved
