proprietor of lot numbered 254, James Hooten oldest son of said deceased was designa-ted to represent said lot.

[Lot] 1146

Upon the petition of the widow of William Earl deceased, late proprietor of lot numbered 1146, Amy A Earl widow of said deceased was designated to represent said lot.

[Lot] 1606

Upon the petition of the widow, adminis-trix and guardian of the children (all being minors) of John S. Ellis deceased, late proprietor of lot numbered 1606, Lucinda A Ellis widow of said deceased resident in Weston was designated to represent said lot.

Upon the petition of the executors and Trustees under the will of Joseph B Whall deceased, late Proprietor of lot numbered 2682, James W. Converse, Trustee of said estate was designated to represent said lot.

New Edn of Catalogue ordered

The secretary stated that but a few copies of the Catalogue were remaining and that no order has been passed to print the amendments to the by-laws which have been adopted. It was accordingly

Voted that the Secretary be authorized to have three thousand copies of the catalogue printed, including the by-laws
