I have seen your lot and find it will cost $11 to paint the fence two coats. I would advise that the fence be removed. This could be done 4 posts recut for the corners, the number of lot cut on one of them old post holes filled etc for the old material.

As there was not much to do on your lot I have ordered the headstones to be cleaned although such work is not generally included in the charge for care.
