Mess T. Restieaux & J.D. Bryant, Trustees
Gentlemen
I beg to call your attention to the unfinished condition of the Lot (4198) owned by the Estate of L. Papanti. This Lot has never been graded & sodded and it would certainly add much to its appearance to have it done. If you wish us to do the work please sign and return to us the enclosed order and I will see it promptly executed.
Respectfully James W. Lovering Supt. J.E.C.
Mr. J.D. Ingalls 187 Howard St. Cambridge
Dear Sir
Please send us your bill for New Pump and repairs made for us. Do you bore holes for wells, and if not can you give us the address of some one who does?
Respectfully James W. Lovering Supt. J.E.C.

Dear Sir
The gutters of Crocus & Saffron Paths can be paved and graded at an expense of $30 dollars, in addition to the paving stones of which we have enough on hand. I do not know what these cost, but should think they might be replaced for $15 to $20. at the outside.
I will report on levels the first time I get in to town.
Yours respectfuly J.W. Lovering
