Pickering Clark Esq 28 Beaver St. New York
Dear Sir,
I have just recd for our interment records three orders for int. of Maria F. Clark, Caroline P. Clark, & Caroline Maria Clark -- three infants.
Respecting the first you did not give the place of residence but said "died at Boston". If you know please give it.
I send blank for the order of int. for John Clark. The town permits from Waltham for "removal to Cambridge," dated , describes "John Clark, aged 45, and also three children of the said Clark."
Please fill up the blank and sign & return to me for record.
Respectfully yours
A.J. Coolidge Sec.y
