This certifies that we have examined the books and accounts of the Treasurer of Mount Auburn, for the year ending , and have found them correctly kept and properly balanced, with satisfactory vouchers for all payments charged.

The Certificates of Stock, and other evidences of property, were found in accordance with the statements in his accounts.

In the Fund for Repairs there appears to be due him nine hundred and sixty nine 76/100 dollars; and there is due from him on the General Accounts of the Corporation, ninety seven hundred and seven 33/100 dollars.
