[ ? ] the heirs of Henry H. Tuckerman. I see the difficulty, but cannot cure it, unless you will buy or sell. You know whether that is desirable. If the heirs of ^^Gustavus & H.H. Tuckerman are all of full age they can join in a deed to you, and the record of such a deed together with that which you already have from W.^m with his from Henry H. will give you the entire title.

If I were sure such course would meet your approbation, and had the names & residences of the heirs (where there are married women the names of husbands ^^also should be given, but the husbands need not sign.) I could prepare & send you on such deed.

If the heirs are of age, & that course suits you, I will prepare the deed when you send the names. If it is impracticable, the lot will have to be represented by the heirs of H.H.T.

When you write, if you can please tell me who and where are the heirs of Edw^d G. Tuckerman, died Sept. 2, 1864.
