Dear Sir,

As the Committee on Lots wish to pay you a visit, and the following lots, which are destitute of numbers, gave them some trouble on their last visit, it seems to me that it will be well for you forthwith to have the numbers cut on the stone post, or wherever you can to best advantage. Probably most of them will pay the bill, the remainder the Corporation must pay:

Representation of Lots _

Upon the petitions of the several parties in interest representatives were designated for lots as follows: _

1 David W. Cunningham of Boston, guardian of the grandchildren, heirs of Henry H. Fuller, deceased, proprietor of lot numbered 1;

128 Mary Ann F. Wells of Boston, daughter of Martin Smith, deceased, proprietor of lot numbered 128;

183 Henry T. Davis of Malden, son of Betsey Davis, deceased, proprietor of lot numbered 183;

185 Georgiana Smith, of Boston, daughter of George Whittemore, deceased, proprietor of lot numbered 185;

503 Eliza H. Haven, of Sing Sing, N.Y., daughter of Thomas Haven, deceased, proprietor of lot numbered 503;

524 Mary Loring, of Newton, sister of W^m J. Loring, deceased, proprietor of lot numbered 524;

659 Caroline B. Hill, of Lowell, daughter of Otis Fairbanks, deceased, proprietor of lot numbered 659;

692 Hiram W. Brooks, of Cambridge, grandson of Lois Mason, deceased, proprietor of lot numbered 692;

W. Williams on account of her legacy of two thousand dollars to the Corporation, and also interest on one thousand dollars from the 26^th of March 1853 to March 26^th 1855 and asked instructions as to further collections. Thereupon it was

Voted. That, whereas the Executor of Mrs Elisabeth W. Williams has paid to this Corporation the sum of one thousand dollars and in terest from March 26^th 1853 to March 26^th 1855, this corporation will and do now accept that sum in full of all claims under the bequest to this Corporation in said testatrix's will; and that this Corporation do now accept the devise of her lot numbered 1697 in the Cemetery and agree that the same shall be kept forever and maintained in good order and condition, and subject to the restrictions as to burials in said devise contained

Expenses.

Voted. That the subject of reducing the expenses of the Corporation be referred to the committee on grounds & with instructions to report on the same at a future meeting of the trustees.

Lot 692 Representative of.

Voted. That wereas the heirs of Lois Mason, late proprietor of lot no 692, deceased intestate, have applied to the Trustees so to do, this Board do now in accordance with such application assignate her daughter, Mrs Anne L. Fiske of Cam bridge, and said Anne's husband Nathan Fiske in her right, to represent said lot for the time
