attended to that duty, and Report;

That after examination of the Rooms in Niles' Block, the Committee unanimously decided to pay to Mr Coolidge one hundred and fifty-dollars per annum, in full for the use of his rooms so long as they shall be occupied by the Corporation.

Upon motion of Mr Curtis, Voted ^to accept the report: and further _ that this board authorize this payment of the sum of $43.63 for furniture purchased for the room occupied by the Trustees. _

Representatives appointed

The Secretary read the following petitions for representation of lots, and the persons therein named were severally designated to represent lots as follows;

Lot 361

Lot of John W Webster, deceased (361) Rep. by James C. Merrill of Cambridge legal attorney for the heirs.

Lot 225

Lot of J. Elliot Pratt, deceased (225) Rep by Martha E. Hazelton (formerly Pratt) of West Newton, the youngest daughter of said deceased.
