That after examination of the Rooms in Niles' Block, the Committee unanimously decided to pay to Mr Coolidge one hundred and fifty-dollars per annum, in full for the use of his rooms so long as they shall be occupied by the Corporation.

Upon motion of Mr Curtis, Voted ^^{to accept the report: and further} _ that this board authorize this payment of the sum of $43.63 for furniture purchased for the room occupied by the Trustees. _
