Memorial of M. Tisdale ordered to be recorded _
Corporation his desire that, after his burial, no interment shall ever be authorized or permitted in his lot numbered ten hundred and eighty (1080) in said cemetery, nor in the grounds contiguous thereto in which he is interested _ meaning the borders and ornamental grounds appurtenant thereto – saving and excepting only the following persons – namely: Frances Ann Tisdale Bradlee, Cynthia Hewins and Ann Savels – his intention being to have the same otherwise unbroken for graves, forever. _

Upon motion by Mr Rand,
Voted that the secretary be authorized to enter the request of Mr Tisdale upon the records with the express declaration that the Trustees do not thereby assume any responsibilitiy in regard to the execution of Mr Tisdale's wishes concerning the use of his lot.
Voted that when this meeting adjourn it be to the last monday in January, to hear the reports, and for any other business that may come before the Trustees.
