Capt. D.L. Winsor

Dear Sir,

You have described the following lots on Fountain Avenue as rectangular, each containing 300 square feet 3753, 3754 & 3760 - 3741 you have reported square, containing 400 sq. ft.

The surveyor has returned them as follows: - Lots 3753, 3754, 3760 as per diagram: -

[Diagram: lots with measurements and orientation]

3753 accordingly contains^nearly 298 feet 3754 accordingly contains^nearly 287 feet 3760 accordingly contains^nearly 293 feet

[Diagram: lot 3741 with measurements and orientation]

Lot 3741 accordingly contains 410 feet

within the posts should be made to conform to 300 & 400 respectively or these proprietors should be settled with as the facts require. It is probable however that Lewis, Thomas & Haynes would not wish to be owners each of less than 300 feet.

Yours Respectfully

A. J. Coolidge
