Dear Madam,
Upon the application of the son and daughter of the late Wm H. Prichard, proprietor of lot no. 683, it has been deemed proper to designate the said son, Henry M. Prichard, of Boston, to represent said lot. He resides here, & is not only desirous to improve the lot, but willing to bear the expense of the same.
He will not of course deprive you or Mr Prichard's other child of any rights which you may have therein; but all orders should be made through the representative. His appointment is always made ^to continue during the pleasure of the Board of Trustees. --
