To the Honorable City Council of City of Seattle Gentlemen, At sale for City Taxes of 1890 held July 18th 1891 I bought Lots 9 and 10 Blk 2 Francis Addn as shown by certificates of purchase Nos 979 and 980 Sale was erroneous, the lots having been assessed to M Seadl and tax paid by him on Original Roll page 363 line 18. I therefore request that you refund to me the cost of said ceertificates $6.61 with interest. To the Honorable City Council of City of Seattle Gentlemen, At sale for City Taxes of 1890 held July 18th 1891 I bought Lot 3 Blk 5 A Pontius Addn as shown by certificate of purchase No 202 Sale was erroneous, there being no block 5 in the Addition. Nellie M Smith to whom the lot was assessed owns and paod the tax on lot 3 Block 44. I therefore request that you refund to me cost of the certificate $7.50 with interest. Sale was erroneous, the property being owned by the City. I therefore request that you refund to me the cost of said ceertificates $3.30 with interest.
