Your note is received. By our records there are eight interments in lot #2318, and probably four more could be made but as the locations of the graves are not given, this cannot be relied on to any certainty, without digging.

Sarah E. Banister died at East Boston, Jan. 10, 1883, aged 38 yrs. 7 mths. 27 dys. and was buried Jan. 12th in her own lot in this cemetery #4006 Gladiolus path. John F. Murphy #171 Bunkerhill St., was undertaker.

Dear Sir,

On examination of the Reports of the Superintendent since February 1869, I find the following Lots & additions to Lots represented as paid for, no deeds of which appear to have been made. Will you please advise me whether there is anything in the condition of these Lots which, by the rules of the corporation, or by custom, would preclude the making and delivery of the deeds to the purchasers forthwith?

Mr. Sawyer has just left here for you two large scale Plans. I enclose tracing of vicinity of Alice's Fountain by [?] H.
