Sunday breakfast, cereal + a banana; weight, 159, the same for the past two weeks + the same as when I left for Ochsner in November.
Read Tolstoy’s “Master + Man”—next to Ivan Ilych, the best of the four tales.
Replied to Louis Rubin’s letter suggesting that his Algonquin Press reprint one of my novels; I chose Tournament or Jordan County, preferably the latter. Also packaged for mailing the Mozart Cassette I made for him.
